Fetches all age languages from the libraries passed (or if none passed, all in the server)

This does not perform RBS for the user if they have Library access due to the non-sensitive nature

of languages

errors.UnexpectedStatus: If the server returns an undocumented status code and Client.raise_on_unexpected_status is True. httpx.TimeoutException: If the request takes longer than Client.timeout.

Returns:

list[LanguageDto]
